Pekoe Trail (Stage 19) — Etampitiya to Loonuwatte

Stage 19 of the 22-stage, 300 km Pekoe Trail: 13.0 km, about 5.0 hours' walking, graded moderate. Ridge walking along the Uva escarpment with the dry-zone plains on one side and cloud forest on the other. Walked point to point with the vehicle meeting you at the far end; the trail is waymarked but a local guide adds considerably to it.
