Duwili Ella & Handapan Ella Plains

A long, hard day out of the eastern Sinharaja buffer: grassland plains at 1,000 m, then a descent to a waterfall that falls into a natural rock pool few outsiders have swum in. Requires a permit, a guide and a genuine level of fitness.
